WHY WE BUILT IT

“I Wanted to Become a Better Coach.”

For thirteen years, I coached across nearly every part of the game. I served as a head coach, offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, offensive-line coach, and run-game coordinator. Every responsibility required something different from me.

As a teacher and player developer, I wanted evaluations to be more transparent, consistent, and productive. I wanted players and staff to complete meaningful work before the film meeting so our time together could produce better conversations, clearer feedback, and better players.

As a play caller, I wanted a screen I could look at during the game and immediately see the answers to the situational questions running through my mind. No searching. No waiting. No query required.

I also had the technical background to build what I could not find. With a master’s degree in software engineering, NFL data experience, and a specialization in software architecture, I began turning those coaching needs into working systems.

Snap!Grade and TurboScout solve different problems because coaches perform different jobs. They share one origin: I built the tools I needed to become the coach I wanted to be, then built them so entire football organizations could use them immediately.

Continuous Player Development

Snap!Grade turns routine player evaluation into a continuous player-development process. Players and staff begin with a shared definition of effective football execution. During the pre-meeting phase, players can document their assignments, execution, and supporting evidence while staff prepare feedback before the postgame film meeting.

Staff retain complete control. They can create evaluations directly from team film, review or correct player submissions, approve or disapprove evaluations, leave feedback, and connect every observation to the exact rep. Immediate Game Intelligence

TurboScout was built in pursuit of a truly unfair advantage: immediate answers to the questions coaches ask while calling a game. As live observations enter the system, TurboScout continuously organizes what the opponent is doing by personnel, formation, hash, down and distance, and field zone.

The answers are already displayed in a football-native dashboard. No searching. No waiting. No query required. Coaches can immediately see how an opponent is attacking or defending each situation. When deeper analysis is needed, they can combine situations with a few taps, see the resulting tendency instantly, and attach film within minutes when needed.
